1. Personal information collected

Neither the website nor the App collects users' personal information.

• The website has no sign-up or contact form and uses no cookies, advertising or analytics tools. Inquiries are made by e-mail, and information provided by e-mail is used only to respond to that inquiry.
• The App has no sign-up and sends no data to the Company's servers.
• The App uses no advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Information stored only on the device (App)

The following information is stored only on the user's phone and is never transmitted. It is removed when the App is uninstalled.

• NVR connection details (address, port, account name, password) entered by the user, kept encrypted in the App's private storage on the device.
• App settings such as split-screen layouts.
• Snapshot images saved by the user.

3. Network communication

All network traffic of the App goes directly to the NVR devices registered by the user and is encrypted end to end with TLS (HTTPS). Video and account information never pass through or are stored on the Company's or any third party's servers.

4. App permissions

• Internet / network state: used to connect to the NVR and receive video.
• Additional permissions required by the system media framework are used solely for video playback; no information is collected or transmitted through them.

5. Third-party disclosure and outsourcing

As neither the website nor the App collects personal information, there is no third-party disclosure or outsourcing.

6. Users' rights

Information stored on the device can be removed by the user through the App's delete function or by uninstalling the App. Access, correction or deletion of information provided in an e-mail inquiry can be requested through the contact below.
